Sunset Cinema is the MCAS Yuma station theater. It is the only theater I personally know about that has only 1 theater, and functions like a powerhouse. This is also the cheapest movie theater that I’ve ever seen!
With COVID, we definitely needed to increase the safety, bring more awareness to the facility, and increase movie ticket sales - however our designs looked dated!
Question is, how do we make the same theater look fun and new again?
I am UP for the challenge!
Some of our goals for this campaign included:
1. Increase Theater ticket sales 5% from FY2019 monthly sales.
KPI: Theater ticket sales increase by 5%.
2. Increase concessions snack bar sales by 5% from FY2019 monthly sales.
KPI: Concessions snack bar sales increase by 5%
3. Increase awareness movies playing and offerings.
KPI: Number of page sessions on the Sunset Cinema MCCS Page increase by 5%.
KPI: Recreation Facebook group increase by 5%

Doesn’t this artwork make you want to dive right in, cool off (especially right here in Yuma) and relax in a movie theater? A modern agenda style of a listing is definitely something fun and refreshing for this campaign. This campaign is set to launch on 16 February 2021.
